Many of our technicians come from HVAC backgrounds, as the fundamentals—refrigeration, heating, sensors, diagnostics—are incredibly similar.

Founder and President of Pride CAS began his career in commercial HVAC, which gave him the foundation to transition into restaurant equipment service. We’re proud to partner with schools like Monroe Community College (MCC) and Albany BOCES, regularly speaking in HVAC classes and mentoring students.
