Our dispatch team coordinates all service calls, so when you arrive in the morning your schedule is set and you can focus on the work. Most days involve multiple service calls across a variety of commercial kitchen equipment and customer locations. Depending on the scope of a job, you may work independently or alongside another technician. Larger projects such as equipment installations or complex repairs can run for full days or extend across multiple weeks.

Our internship program is unpaid and is available on an ongoing basis. We work closely with NYS BOCES programs to facilitate co-op placements, giving students hands-on field experience alongside our experienced technicians. We also work with local trade schools and colleges to connect with candidates who are building toward a career in commercial kitchen equipment service.

Our entry-level apprenticeship program is a paid opportunity designed for candidates who are ready to commit to the trade and begin building their skills in a structured, supportive environment.

Both programs are ongoing and open year-round. Interested candidates are encouraged to reach out directly or sign up for a ride along to get a firsthand look at the work before committing.

From there, Pride offers a structured review process. A 90-day performance review includes a pay increase based on performance, and annual reviews provide additional opportunities for rate increases over time.
