Preventative Maintenance Programs

Save Downtime and Money- Keep Your Equipment at Peak Performance

Preventive maintenance (or preventative maintenance)...

is maintenance that is regularly performed on a piece of equipment to lessen the likelihood of it failing. It is performed while the equipment is still working so that it does not break down unexpectedly.

Level 1 – Inspection Program

This low-cost program is designed to identify problems and help protect your equipment from costly downtime.

  • The inspection is performed by experienced, trained technicians.
  • The cost of the program is kept down by performing a thorough inspection of your equipment, without making any repairs.
  • We supply a written estimate of repairs found necessary for your consideration and we categorize the repairs as critical or preventative in nature, allowing you the opportunity to schedule and/or budget the repairs.

This program is available for cooking, refrigeration, and food preparation and all dish room equipment.

We fill out procedure sheets we have created that are designed to identify the areas and procedures we perform on your equipment. This allows us to be very thorough and ensures consistency of service on all your equipment. You are given copies of these sheets for your files.

Preventative Maintenance is a proven way to keep your equipment in good working order. It also is one way to control the downtime of your equipment, scheduling it when your operation is least affected by the service.

Stop surprise failures from occurring when you need your equipment the most. Simple things like dust build up, grease build up, pilot lights not working and more, can add up to equipment failure. Preventative Maintenance is your best defense against unwanted failures.

Our customers have realized the profitability associated with a regular preventative maintenance schedule on their equipment. They really like the idea of “planned expense”, allowing them to budget their costs.
