Level 1 – Inspection Program
This low cost program is designed to identify problems and help protect your equipment from costly downtime.
- The inspection is performed by experienced, trained technicians.
- The cost of the program is kept down by performing a thorough inspection of your equipment, without making any repairs.
- We supply a written estimate of repairs found necessary for your consideration and we categorize the repairs as critical or preventative in nature, allowing you the opportunity to schedule and/or budget the repairs.
This program is available for cooking, refrigeration, food preparation, ware-wash and HVAC equipment.
Level 2 – Full Scale PM Program
This program is designed to address common repairs and adjustments specific to your equipment.
- The inspection is performed by experienced, trained technicians.
- We perform a thorough inspection of your equipment and make adjustments to:
- Water pressure
- Gas pressure
- Temperature calibration
- Gas/air mixture
- We also perform oil changes, lubrication and cleaning as needed. We supply a written estimate of repairs found necessary for your consideration and we categorize the repairs as critical or preventative in nature, allowing you the opportunity to schedule and/or budget the repairs.
This program is available for cooking, refrigeration, food preparation, ware wash and HVAC equipment.
